As our loved ones and community members live longer, it is both a blessing and a responsibility. Jewish tradition teaches us that on one hand, we must show our elders respect and honor, and on the other hand, we must show support for them as they become infirm and in need of assistance. JSHHS accomplishes both by providing housing, compassionate care and respect for our aging population.

It is imperative that we provide options for our seniors…not just safe, comfortable housing, but for all aspects of their lives. As we continue to improve the lives of seniors in our community, we hope to expand all areas of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living and Nursing Care. At Dubin House and Lions Gate, we are also planning a day program for residents with memory care issues that will include a support group for spouses and caregivers. With your assistance, this same type of program will soon follow at the Saltzman House.
