Dubin House, Gesher House & Saltzman House
The Jewish Federation Housing and Management Company, a division of JSHHS, offers three affordable apartment buildings: Dubin and Gesher House on Chapel Avenue on the west side of Cherry Hill and Saltzman House on the east side of Cherry Hill, right behind the Jewish Community Center.
Each provides:
- An Array of Cultural, Education, Social and Religious Programs
- Transportation
- Emergency Response Systems in Every Apartment
- Well-appointed apartments
- A Community Room for Socializing
- Optional meal and housekeeping plans
In addition, Dubin House and Gesher House provide an assistance program in partnership with Kennedy Health System, as well as health and fitness programs.
